Location: McDonough, GA 30253
Pay: $19.50/hour | Weekly Pay
Shift: Monday–Friday | 3:00 AM–12:00 PM
Hours: Full-Time

Job Overview

Allegiance Staffing is seeking experienced and dependable Warehouse Associates for a fast-paced distribution center in McDonough, GA.

This is a physically demanding warehouse position that requires experience operating multiple types of powered industrial equipment. Candidates will also be responsible for manually handling and lifting tires weighing up to 50+ pounds throughout the shift.

The ideal candidate is safety-focused, reliable, comfortable with physical work, and able to work the entire scheduled shift.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate order pickers, stand-up reach trucks, and stand-up forklifts

• Pick products to fill customer orders

• Stage products for loading and shipment

• Load and unload delivery trucks

• Manually move and lift tires weighing up to 50+ pounds

• Verify incoming and outgoing products for accuracy

• Assist with periodic inventory counts

• Organize warehouse stock by product and designated storage location

• Report damaged, outdated, over-shipped, or under-shipped products

• Separate defective products from regular inventory

• Assist with warehouse paperwork and administrative duties

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Perform general warehouse housekeeping as needed

• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

• Complete additional warehouse duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must have experience operating an Order Picker

• Must have experience operating a Stand-Up Reach Truck

• Must have experience operating a Stand-Up Forklift

• Candidates must be able to safely demonstrate equipment operation

• Must be comfortable manually lifting and moving 50+ pound tires throughout the shift

• Must have and wear steel-toe shoes starting on Day 1

• Must be dependable and report to work on time

• Must be available to work the full scheduled shift

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

• Strong time-management and organizational skills

• Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers

• Must maintain a safety-first attitude while operating equipment

• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required

• Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred

Physical Requirements

This is a physically demanding warehouse position.

Candidates should be prepared for:

• Frequent lifting and moving of products weighing up to 50+ pounds

• Standing and walking for extended periods

• Bending, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing as required

• Repetitive lifting and material handling

• Operating powered industrial equipment throughout the workday

• Working in an active warehouse and distribution environment

Candidates must fully understand the physical requirements of this position and be confident they can safely perform the assigned duties.

Equipment Requirements

Candidates must have prior experience with all of the following:

• Order Picker

• Stand-Up Reach Truck

• Stand-Up Forklift

Equipment experience is required. Candidates who are unable to safely operate the required equipment may not be eligible to continue in the position.

Attendance Requirement

Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for this position.

Candidates must be committed to arriving on time, working the entire scheduled shift, and maintaining dependable attendance.
