[About the Role]
Join our team as an Electronic Technician in Prudhoe Bay, AK, and play a vital part in ensuring reliable, on-time equipment delivery and optimal operational performance. This field-based, onshore role offers a unique 3 weeks on / 3 weeks off rotation with 12+ hour shifts, providing extended time off and competitive pay rates of $22-$25/hr. Work with advanced maintenance systems, support continuous improvement initiatives, and make a real impact on asset utilization and service delivery.

[Responsibilities]

- Maintain and service assigned electronic equipment in alignment with reliability-centered maintenance strategies
- Accurately record materials, labor costs, and equipment maintenance history in company systems
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts to reduce downtime, boost efficiency, and improve asset turnaround
- Implement planned repair and reuse projects to enhance cost-effectiveness
- Support maintenance technicians by sharing best practices and driving productivity initiatives
- Assist in equipment failure investigations and contribute to root cause analysis
- Ensure full compliance with all company standards and maintenance programs

[Required Skills and Experience]

- Proven experience performing electronic maintenance and repairs
- Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
- Strong record-keeping and documentation abilities
- Commitment to safety, quality, and compliance in maintenance environments
- Ability to work long shifts in a field/onshore setting
